How often do you feel tense or find it difficult to relax, even when you stop what you are doing? Or do you realise that you are anxious or irritable, but are unable to change your state of mind?
Somatic practices help us to listen to our bodies and regulate our nervous systems through simple techniques that can be used on a daily basis — at home, at work or before going to sleep.
In this workshop we will explore:

– 5 somatic techniques to learn self-regulation in your daily life –

Although I pursued a career in nutrition for 10 years, it was in surfing that I rediscovered the joy and freedom that had been lying dormant. Shortly afterwards, yoga entered my life and became the space where I learnt to listen to myself, gain clarity and have the courage to follow my heart.
