  • Wednesdays: 1, 8, and 15 at 17:30, there will be RESTORATIVE YOGA classes instead of CHI KUNG classes.
  • There will be no FUNCTIONAL HATHA YOGA classes on saturday 4 and 25.
  • There will be no VINYASA FLOW classes at 9:30am on tuesday 21 and thursdays 23, and 30.

We offer daily classes in Hatha Yoga in various styles, as well as Chi Kung, Meditation, and Oriental Rhythm. Our team consists of qualified and dedicated teachers committed to practicing and evolving alongside those who choose us as a family and a space to share the teachings of Yoga.

Iyengar Yoga

Yoga practice with the help of ropes, which are fixed to the wall, enables more space and freedom in the joints, lengthens the spine and strengthens the whole body.
