In this class, we will cultivate our vital energy (chi) through gentle movements, conscious breathing, posture, mental intention, and self-massage, promoting balance and well-being.

EVA RITA
Chi Kung, or Qi Gong, is a therapeutic practice closely related to traditional Chinese medicine. It is characterised by exercises or sequences of exercises, performed in coordination with breathing. It is based on a state of active presence and represents a form of meditation in movement.
These movements coordinated with the breath, develop a meditative mind, intensify the flow of energy, benefit the internal organs and whole body.
An ancient practice originating in China with the aim of cultivating vital energy.
