An invitation to expand awareness, both physically and internally, through stretching exercises. Principles such as a relaxed body, natural breathing, an alert mind, and harmony in movement facilitate the free flow of chi and the release of potential tensions.

EVA RITA
Chi Kung, or Qi Gong, is a therapeutic practice closely related to traditional Chinese medicine. It is characterised by exercises or sequences of exercises, performed in coordination with breathing. It is based on a state of active presence and represents a form of meditation in movement.
These movements coordinated with the breath, develop a meditative mind, intensify the flow of energy, benefit the internal organs and whole body.
An ancient practice originating in China with the aim of cultivating vital energy.
