About our regular Classes
We offer daily classes in Hatha Yoga in various styles, as well as Chi Kung, Meditation, and Oriental Rhythm. Our team consists of qualified and dedicated teachers committed to practicing and evolving alongside those who choose us as a family and a space to share the teachings of Yoga.

Kurunta
Iyengar Yoga
Yoga practice with the help of ropes, which are fixed to the wall, enables more space and freedom in the joints, lengthens the spine and strengthens the whole body. It brings greater understanding of alignment and makes inversions and backbends more accessible; intense and deep stretches can be performed safely.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
It involves a broad system of psycho-physical postures, techniques of control and expansion of vital energy through breathing, internal purification, deep relaxation and concentration. By focusing the mind on the body, synchronizing movement with breathing deepens the inner consciousness, stimulating the whole organism.

Vinyasa Flow
Is a dynamic style of Hatha Yoga that synchronizes movement and breath. Each pose flows into the next, creating a continuous sequence that promotes strength, flexibility, and balance. Ideal for those seeking an engaging and meditative workout, Vinyasa helps improve focus and reduce stress.

Organic Yoga
It is a dynamic form of Hatha Yoga that places particular importance on the transitions between postures, or Asanas, creating a continuous flow where the synchronization of movement with breath is fundamental. This results in an active meditation that promotes fluidity, strength, lightness, tranquility, and greater clarity.

Power Yoga
Blends the principles of Yoga and Functional Core training into a dynamic and balanced mat-based practice. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and stability, this approach enhances body awareness, improves posture, and builds endurance, offering a complete and revitalizing workout for the body and mind.

Functional Hatha Yoga
An integral practice that is aware of musculoskeletal specificities with functional and conservative alignments. The regular practice of Yoga promotes balance and well-being: physical, mental and spiritual, and leads the yogi on a journey of self-knowledge towards a more conscious, full and meaningful life.

Yin Yoga
Based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposing and complementary forces. Applied to Yoga, Yin is a delightfully deep, meditative and reflective practice in which postures are held for an extended period of time. It works on the deeper layers of the body, such as the connective tissues, joints and tendons.

Ashtanga
It is a method developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, which combines physical postures, breathing, and meditation to promote strength, flexibility, and mental balance. Known for its dynamic and sequential method, it emphasizes discipline and the connection between body and mind, providing a profound experience and well-being.

Chi Kung
Qigong (reads: Chi Kung) – the “Chinese Yoga” is a millenarian practice for the Life Energy cultivation that originated from China. These movements coordinated with the breath, develop a meditative mind, intensify the flow of energy, benefit the internal organs and whole body.

Oriental Rhythms
Release your feminine essence through graceful and engaging movements. Belly dancing is more than an art, it’s a celebration of the soul, a journey through your creativity and a reconnection with the power of the body. Get into the rhythm and allow yourself to blossom.

Meditation
An invitation to be with your inner self, with what arises moment by moment, in the here and now, in the present, allowing the new to enter, creating opportunities for self-knowledge. A practice of self-care and presence, to start the day fully.
