Terms & Conditions

STUDENT REGULATIONS

Effective from 2026, January 5th

Azores Yoga uses the YOGO Booking platform for all class reservations, as well as for the purchase and management of memberships, class packs, and drop-ins. All membership and pack students are required to create a Client Profile, and access to classes is granted exclusively through prior reservation. Class cancellations must be made at least 90 minutes (1h30) in advance. After this period, the class will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

1. Membership and Enrollment Conditions

  • The membership plan is available to residents and requires the creation of a Customer Profile on YOGO and completion of the Registration Form, as well as payment of the Registration Fee + Annual Insurance (€20).
  • The membership fee must be paid at the beginning of each month and is independent of actual class attendance. Partial-month payments are not accepted, except in the first month of practice, if the student starts classes after the 15th.
  • Students with active memberships may make up missed classes with any teacher until the end of the current month.
  • The student is entitled to a membership suspension for up to 2 months (due to holidays, illness, or extended absence). If the absence exceeds this period, the registration fee (€20) must be paid again upon return.
  • Students up to 25 years old receive a €5 discount on the membership.

2. Trial Classes and Drop-ins

  • Packs of 5 classes (€70) are valid for 3 months. Students must purchase the pack and book their classes through the YOGO platform. Class cancellations must be made at least 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) in advance. After this period, the class will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Students attending drop-in classes or using class packs are exempt from paying the Registration Fee + Annual Insurance.

3. Student Responsibilities

  • Hygienization of Materials: Students are responsible for cleaning their personal materials (mats, balls) after use.

4. Civil Liability Insurance

Azores Yoga is covered by a civil liability insurance, which protects against damages caused to third parties during classes held at our premises. This insurance ensures that, in case of incidents resulting in personal or material damage to third parties, legal responsibilities will be met in accordance with current regulations.

5. Special Activities, Events, and Workshops

  • Registration Payment: To secure your place in any activity, event, or workshop, a reservation and full payment must be made by the deadline established for each event.
  • Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Event: If the student is unable to attend the event or activity for which they registered, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before the Event: The amount paid may be used as credit toward another activity, event, or workshop within a period of 6 months, counted from the original registration date. The student may transfer the credit to another registration, subject to availability and prior communication with the studio.
  • In the event of cancellation, the student must notify the studio as far in advance as possible.

6. Exceptions

  • In cases of force majeure (health problems, unforeseen emergencies, etc.), the studio reserves the right to review the situation individually and may, at its discretion, authorize a refund or transfer to another activity.

Participant Responsibility

We recommend that all practitioners are aware that, despite the safety and prevention measures in place, practice involves risks. It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure their own well-being during classes. The studio does not accept responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur outside the scope of its civil liability.
